An Du, a spring 2012 graduate of our CBE doctorate program, will be joining Behr Process Corporation (which belongs to Masco Corporation) in Santa Ana, CA, starting from June 25th this year. At Behr, An will be a research chemist studying advanced materials and technology for coating industry. During the years of PhD study at Drexel, she performed research with Prof. Richard Cairncross on water transport in polylactide and polylactide derivatives to improve moisture barrier properties.
