Julianne Holloway, CBE PhD Candidate, was awarded a 2012 Most Promise Doctoral Award based on her dissertation work titled, "Development and Characterization of UHMWPE Fiber-Reinforced Hydrogels for Meniscal Replacement". This award is given annually to three students deemed to exhibit great promise in enhancing Drexel's reputation in the future. The recipients are given a cash prize of $1000 and a certificate of recognition. Julianne is advised by Dr. Giuseppe Palmese and co-advised by Dr. Anthony Lowman.
