Construction Management

Program Description

Drexel's undergraduate construction management programs delivers academic, technical, business and construction curriculum designed to produce well-rounded construction professionals.  Accredited by the American Council for Construction Education (ACCE), the program focuses on management and leadership skills necessary to succeed in this dynamic industry.  Students have the option of including a concentration in Real Estate, which focuses on real estate as an investment, real estate law and market analysis.

The Construction Management program offers two minors. The Construction Management minor provides students with a background and technical knowledge of the industry that may be applied to other fields such as civil engineering, architecture and business administration. The minor in Real Estate is designed for those students who are interested in investment, brokerage, appraisal, law, property and asset management in the field.
