Intercultural Community Bridge Program

Bridging the gap between students, faculty, staff, and community members.

This program is for Drexel University faculty and staff, fully matriculated Drexel students, International Gateway students at the ELC, and members of the West Philadelphia community.

This program will provide students, faculty, staff, and community members with incredible opportunities to learn about different cultures as well as a chance to share their expertise on their own cultures.  In addition to this, all participants will be able to form lasting and meaningful relationships.

We are creating "families away from home" for ELC International Gateway students.  Each "community family" will consist of three International Gateway students, two domestic students, one faculty or staff member, and a member of the West Philadelphia community.

Families will meet monthly from October to April for an activity that they have chosen.  Participants can attend a variety of free Drexel events, share a meal together, enjoy an event in the West Philadelphia community, and lots more.

To participate, please complete an interest form for students and faculty/staff/community members.
