Drexel English Language Center students have full access to all the resources of a world-class American university.
Every English Language Center student will be provided with a Drexel ID card. These ID cards allow students to access all of the university’s facilities, including the ELC building and ODP. The Drexel ID card can be used as identification at movie theaters, museums, and other venues that offer a student discount.
ELC classes are located throughout the university campus. However, most classes are held at the Language and Communication Center (LCC). This is Building 48 on the Drexel Campus Map.
One Drexel Plaza (ODP)
ELC classes are also held at One Drexel Plaza. The building is located at 3101 Market Street and is number 88 on Drexel Campus Map.
Drexel University Facilities
Enrollment in the ELC provides students the privilege of access to such Drexel University facilities as the library, gym, recreational areas, computer rooms, etc. However, ELC students cannot check books out of the library.
Computer Access and Facilities
Computers are available for use in the Drexel Library (recommended) and in Korman Computing Center. You must show your ID to get into the library. You must have a valid Drexel user-id and password to use the computers in the library and computer center. See instructions for activating your Drexel account.
