EGMT 610: Engineering Ethics and Business Practices for Engineers

Description: This course will raise your level of awareness and sensitivity in the areas of ethical behavior and business conduct. Learn about how to create a workplace where ethical decision-making and proper business conduct are valued. The course will include discussion of engineering ethics, will touch upon how to establish and administer an effective corporate compliance program, and will engage students, through use of the case method, in extensive discussion of the ethical implications of business practice issues that have actually arisen in the workplace and have applicability in any workplace where one may work as an engineer.
