Biography
Dr. Morton Rabinowitz served as Director of Engineering Management and the Associate Dean of the College of Engineering Online and Special Programs at Drexel University from 2008-2012. He first joined the program in 1995 as an adjunct professor, became Associate Director in 2004, and assumed the post of Director in 2008. In that time, he has been the Subject Matter Expert for EGMT 605: R&D Management I, EGMT 606: R&D Management II, and EGMT 607: Marketing for Engineering Management. He has also been a Section Leader for EGMT 501, EGMT 502, and EGMT 537.
Prior to his position with Drexel, Dr. Rabinowitz had a career at DuPont that spanned 32 years. He held positions in Engineering Research & Development, Market and Applications Development, Customer Technical Support, and Marketing Strategy Development.
Dr. Rabinowitz holds a Six Sigma certification (Green Belt). In 2007, he was also selected as the recipient of the Outstanding Online Instructor Award of the United States Distance Learning Association.
