Biography

Professor Ozlem Erim is the Section Leader for EGMT’s decision science course sequence. She instructs EGMT 571 Managerial Statistics, EGMT 572 Managerial Statistics II, EGMT 573 Operations Research I, and EGMT 574 Operations Research II.

With more than fifteen years of experience in the quality management field, Professor Erim has initiated, implemented, and improved systems based on ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QS 9000, and ISO 13485 standards. After working at all levels of several multinational companies, she has started her own business providing quality consulting.

Professor Erim is a member of the American Society for Quality and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt.
