There are several different types of holds that will prevent you from registering for courses. Depending upon the type of hold, you may need to complete certain requirements or contact a specific office for resolution.
Reviewing Holds in DrexelOne
- Log in to DrexelOne.
- Select “Student Tab.”
- Select “View Holds” in the “Student Records Channel.”
The hold information listed in your DrexelOne account will list a contact person for the hold on your account.
If you have an outstanding balance, a financial hold will be placed on your account and prevent you from registering for courses. You should contact Drexel Central regarding a financial hold and your options to resolve your balance.
Student Immunization Hold
If you are a new domestic student, you are required to complete an submit an Immunization Record form to the Office of Health Insurance & Immunizations prior to arriving on campus. If you do not submit this form by the deadline, an administrative hold will be placed on your account. You should contact the Office of Health and Immunization to have this hold resolved.
Academic Dean Hold
Your college or academic department may place a hold on your account for several different academic reasons. You will need to contact your academic advisor in the event this happens to determine how to have this hold resolved.
