Submitting Documents to Drexel Central

There are several different ways to submit documents to Drexel Central. Please be sure to read all instructions listed on forms or webpages regarding specific documentation carefully, as some forms and requirements have special submission instructions.

Electronic Upload (Financial Aid Documents Only)

Both prospective and current students can submit financial aid related documents electronically.

Prospective Students – Discover Drexel

Prospective and admitted students who have submitted an application to Drexel can use Discover Drexel to upload any documentation that the Office of Financial Aid has requested.

  • Log in to Discover Drexel.
  • Select the "Financial Aid" tab.
  • If you have outstanding requirements, they will be listed in the "Outstanding Requirements" section.
  • You can expand any listed outstanding requirement by selecting the requirement title. If the requirement has a corresponding request for documentation, you will see a "Submit" button below the requirement description.
  • Select the "Submit" button to open the document uploader. Review the upload instructions and add documents via the drag and drop method or by selecting files from your computer.

    Please Note:

    • You can only upload files in PDF or PNG format.
    • You can only upload 10 individual files per requirement.
    • ONLY upload documents related to the requirement you have selected.
    • Once you have uploaded documents, the document upload feature is no longer available for a specific requirement.
  • When you have added your documents, select "Start Upload."
  • If your documents have uploaded successfully, information regarding upload date, time, and type of file will display below the associated requirement title in the "Outstanding Requirements" section. It may take a few minutes for the status of the requirement to update, indicating your documents have been received; you may be required to refresh the page in order to see the update.
  • If the Office of Financial Aid determines that additional documentation is required and changes the status to "Incomplete," you will be able to upload the additional documentation for that requirement again.

If you have documentation but the associated requirement does not provide you with the "Upload" option, you will need to submit your documents using one of the other methods listed below.

Current Students – DrexelOne

Current students can submit documentation that has been requested by the Office of Financial Aid for any outstanding requirement via DrexelOne.

  • Log in to DrexelOne.
  • Select the "Billing + Financial Aid" tab.
  • Outstanding requirements will be listed in the "Financial Aid Requirements" section of the "Financial Aid" channel. Depending on the time of year and your status, you may have multiple academic years you can choose to view information about. Ensure the academic year you are inquiring about is selected.
  • You can expand any listed outstanding requirement by selecting the requirement title. If the requirement has a corresponding request for documentation, you will see a "Submit" button below the requirement description.
  • Select the "Submit" button to open the document uploader. Review the upload instructions and add documents via the drag and drop method or by selecting files from your computer.

In Person

Documentation can be delivered in person to any of the Drexel Central Offices during normal business hours. Please note: there are no drop boxes at any Drexel Central location to leave documents during off-hours.
