Planned Outage of Student eBill System
The University’s student eBill system, TouchNet, is scheduled to be offline November 6, 2013 due to maintenance. The outage will occur at approximately 10:00 pm on Tuesday, November 5, and is the system is expected to be operational again on Thursday, November 7, at 9:00 am.
During this period of system interruption, all of the eBill Suite functions will be unavailable to both students and authorized users, including the following:
- Viewing eBill statements and account summary
- Making online payments
- Setting up authorized users
- Adding banking information
- Direct access to the payment plan link
Drexel Central strongly recommends that you complete any necessary transactions as well as retrieve any information needed from the eBill Suite before the planned outage.
You may enroll in the payment plan offered through the Tuition Management Systems website at http://drexel.afford.com/ during this outage.
