On October 29, 2014, Tom Hipper gave a presentation at the Greater North Penn Collaborative's annual meeting: "Cohesive Community Preparedness for Emergencies in Montgomery County." Tom explained the importance human service agency involvement in disaster response, citing research conducted by the Center for Public Health Readniess and Communication in 2012.
