Dr. Chernak Gives Presentation at School of Public Health's Ebola Teach-In

On October 30, 2014, Dr. Esther Chernak, MD, MPH, Director of the Center for Public Health Readiness and Communication, took part in the Dornsife School of Public Health's Ebola Teach-In. The discussion, formally entitled, "The Ebola Epidemic: Public Health, Human Rights, and a Community Response," covered topics including the science, history, and human rights implications of the Ebola epidemic as well as the community response at Drexel, in Philadelphia, and abroad. As part of the Science, Human Rights, and History panel, Dr. Chernak presented an overview of the epidemic to students, staff, and members of the local community.
