Members of the Salud Urbana en America Latina (SALURBAL) project team will present preliminary findings on analyses conducted using a database that encompasses 370 cities in Latin America.

The SALURBAL project is a five-year project funded by the Wellcome Trust as part of their Our Planet, Our Health initiative. As part of the SALURBAL project, researchers at the Dornsife School of Public Health at Drexel University and partners throughout Latin America and the U.S. will study how urban environments and policies impact the health of city residents throughout Latin America. Their findings will inform policies and interventions to create healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable cities worldwide.
