Lisa Simpson, President and CEO of AcademyHealth, will discuss Evidence and Innovation in Population Health and Health Equity. October's Population Health Spotlight is organized in partnership with the Department of Health Management and Policy.
Dr. Simpson will be speaking from 12:15 - 1:15 pm on Thursday, October 13th in Computer Classroom 132.
The Population Health Spotlight is an opportunity for Dornsife School of Public Health students, faculty, staff, and the Philadelphia community to hear about exciting public health research and practice that is happening locally, nationally, and globally with a focus on improving population health and eliminating health disparities.
The lecture will be in Nesbitt Hall, from 12:15-1:15 on select Wednesdays. A light lunch will be served at 11:45 am.
