Sarah Axeen is a PhD candidate in Public Policy at USC's Sol Price School of Public Health.  Her research is focused on understanding drivers of and evaluating solutions to the growing problem of opioid use and abuse in the U.S.  Her talk will discuss the impact of state laws aimed at reducing improper opioid utilization.
