Student Center for Inclusion and Culture
The Student Center for Inclusion and Culture (SCIC) empowers and supports students of all backgrounds as they build a sense of community that reflects the diversity of Drexel University's student population. The methods and practices of the SCIC are based on a philosophy of intentional advocacy, recognizing that students must feel that their experiences and voices are valid and respected.
The Drexel community welcomes and celebrates our diverse student body and fosters an inclusive campus community. The SCIC is an active advocate for student diversity and intersectional social justice, education and training on campus. We work to ensure our students feel their whole identity is included and respected during their time here at Drexel.
Our office engages Drexel's AHLANA1, LGBTQIA+2, first gen and international student bodies through direct advocacy and intentional, identity-based community building.
