Subject: Electronic Direct Deposit Advices

As part of the University’s continued initiative toward a paperless process, the Payroll Department will stop printing direct deposit pay advices for all employees, except those in collective bargaining units, effective June 1, 2007.

All employees can view their payroll information online in the Employee Services section of the DrexelOne Portal at Payroll information in DrexelOne is protected and can only be accessed with a user ID and password. Effective June 1, confidential information such as earnings, Social Security numbers and bank account numbers will no longer be printed on a paper document for employees who have opted for direct pay deposit, thereby limiting access by unauthorized individuals.

Through the DrexelOne site, you can view your earnings and deduction history for any range of pay periods since the inception of the current payroll system, making it easy to obtain year-to-date totals. In addition, time off balances, direct deposit banking information, benefits, 403(b) and W-4 information are available in real time so you can verify your critical information whenever you want.  You can print a hard copy of your direct deposit advice or pay stub directly from the DrexelOne site at any time.

To access your payroll information, log on to DrexelOne via Employee Services at You will need your Drexel User ID (usually your initials and a number; e.g. “abc123”) and your Drexel email password.  (If you are unsure of this information, it is available at Click “Help! I forgot my password.”)  If you still have an access problem, contact the Drexel IRT help desk at 215-895-2698 or you may email them at
Once you have accessed DrexelOne, Drexel employees select the Employees tab located at the top of the screen, then select Direct Deposit Advice/Pay stub. Drexel University College of Medicine employees also select the Employees tab, then please select Banner Web for Drexel University College of Medicine employees, employee information and pay information. You may then select pay stubs and view them.  Online instructions for accessing pay stub and other information via DrexelOne are available on the Payroll Office web page at

Be sure to take advantage of the many resources available to Drexel employees via DrexelOne.  You will continue to have access to DrexelOne as long as you are employed.  Please contact the Payroll Office via email at or 215-895 2885 with your questions.  To sign up for direct pay deposit, complete the authorization form at
