- Each wing has a kitchen with table and chairs, stove, oven, and sink. There is one bathroom (with laundry area) on each wing as well.
- There are two elevators in the building.
- The first floor of Calhoun has ample lounge space with a big screen TV and a classroom for studying.
- The east side of the first floor is equipped with a billiards table, ping pong table and foosball table.
- Each resident is provided a desk, desk chair, wardrobe, dresser and a bunkable extra-long twin bed.
- Desk and dresser are built in to form seperate study and sleep areas within each room.
- Self-regulating heating/air conditioning unit.

Converted Lounges
Calhoun Hall features converted lounges on each floor. These spaces house three students per bedroom. Each resident is provided with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and chair.
