Mid-Year Move-Out Students moving out of their residence hall assignment during the academic term should follow these steps: Clean you room and arrange furniture back to its original position Remove all personal belongings Complete the “Express Check Out Envelope” at your front desk, place your key inside, and drop in the Key Drop Box. (University Crossings residents should complete and return the Express Check Out Envelope at the front desk of Caneris Hall.) Complete your move-out by the date and time provided by the residence hall staff or University Housing staff, provided via e-mail.
