In your online profile, which you can create and customize, you should list any special interests in the Description box so that others can find you based on your criteria!

NOTE: You can skip this step and come back to it AFTER you complete the application! After you complete the application you'll be able to log back in and add or search for preferred roommates.

How to search for a preferred roommate:

There are several search functions to facilitate how you can search for a roommate:
1. Add a known roommate: Use your friend’s user ID (for example ABC123) and/or their last name to search for them. Only students with completed applications will appear in the search feature. You must accept a preferred roommate if you choose them. Likewise, they must choose you!
2. Browse for roommates: Select this option to search for roommates based on the roommate profile criteria.

Note that your potential roommate must also add you to their application! Students will only appear in the search features if you have a complete housing application.

Section 5. Housing Preferences: On this page, you will see all available housing options, including room types. You will also rank your choices for housing placement, which will be used if you opt to not participate in the Self-Selection option, or if you are not eligible to do so. Your housing preferences will only be used if you do not participate in Self-Selection
Section 6. Contact Information: University Housing requires all students to have a local Emergency Contact on file. Use this page to provide that information. Note, on this page, information from your DrexelOne account is also provided, but can not be updated. To update your permanent address or your official Emergency Contact, log into DrexelOne.
Section 7. Special Services or Accommodations: Indicate if you plan to contact the Office of Disability Services with regards to special accommodations for the 2015-2016 academic year. It is the student's responsibility for contacting Office of Disability Services; University Housing or Office of Disability Services will NOT automatically contact a student based on the information presented on this screen.

Section 8. Online contract: Electronically sign the Individual Housing Agreement.
Section 9. Confirmation: See a summary of the Housing Application here and press SUBMIT. Note: The MyHousing system is NOT real-time information with regards to Housing Deposits.

Once you complete your application, you will receive an email confirmation to your Drexel email account.

After your application is complete be sure to:
