2014-2015 University Housing Rates

All undergraduate Drexel residence halls are fully furnished and the cost includes utilities.

For returning sophomore, junior, or senior residents, the deadline to cancel Fall 2014 housing with no financial penalty is March 31, 2014. Information on Cancellation Policies can be viewed on the Cancellations page here.

Housing Deposit

All students are required to submit a $200 housing deposit in order to gain access to the online housing application.

Online: Via DrexelOne, select the student's tab, then "eBill." Select "Deposits" from the top menu bar. Select "Fall Quarter 2014" from the drop down menu, then "Housing Deposit" from the second drop down menu, and proceed with instructions. Please note that only "Fall Quarter 2014" will process.

In person: Housing deposits can be paid in person by going to Drexel Central, located on the 1st floor of Main Building.
