Fall 2013 to Summer 2014 Graduate Housing Applications Are Now Open

Applications for Spring 2013 and Summer 2013 are now available. Please complete and print theGraduate Housing Applicationand return it to the Office of University Housing. You may scan and email it as an attachment, fax it to 215-895-6225, or return it to the Office of University Housing on the first floor of Towers Hall.

Note: Only new residents for the Spring 2013 or Summer 2013 must complete the paper application. If you already have an application on file please email gradhousing@drexel.edu.

Before you make the commitment to live on campus, be sure you have reviewed the housing rates and the Housing Agreement and Rates.

Applying for 2013-2014 Graduate Housing is a 2-Step Process:

Step 1: Submit Your Housing Deposit

Please submit your housing depositvia the E-Bill. Housing Deposit collection is now open for the Fall 2013 academic term! A $200 housing deposit is required before the application will become visible to you in MyHousing.

NOTE: It will take 24-hours for the Application to become visible to you in MyHousing after your deposit is processed. If you submit the deposit today, check MyHousing tomorrow to apply. There are no exceptions to this process so please plan ahead!

Visit the Housing Deposit section of the University Housing website for instructions on how to submit the housing deposit.

Step 2: Apply for Housing via MyHousing

Apply for Housing via MyHousing. The Housing Application will come available 24-hours after the Housing Deposit was submitted. Housing Applications will open on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 10:00AM.

Log on to MyHousing viaDrexelOne under the Students tab

In the Housing section, click MyHousing.

Select the housing application labeled: "Graduate 2013-2014: Fall to Summer"

New/Returning Graduate Student Housing Applications Open

April5 at 11:59 p.m.

Priority Application Deadline for Graduate Self Selection (Returning Graduate Students Only)

Current Residents wishing to return to their same room:

Current graduate students can indicate their desire to stay in their current apartment on the Housing Application by April 5. Students will automatically be assigned to their current space and will not need to participtate in the Online Self-Selection process.

Note: Due to the increased demand for Furnished Apartments at Stiles Hall, we are adding furniture to Floors 5, 6, and 8. Therefore, floors 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be furnished for Graduate Residents in Stiles. Current residents of 5, 6, and 8 who wish to live in housing next year will have the option to:

a. Remain in the same apartment and take the additional furniture. Furniture cannot be stored and must remain in the apartment. Furniture includes a bed, desk, and desk chair in the bedroom and a sofa, kitchen table, and four chairs in the living area.

b. Move to an unfurnished apartment on Floors 9-16 in Stiles.

All other current residents:

All other current residents who apply by April 5 will be assigned in the order in which the application was completed using the preferences listed on the application.

New residents:

New residents will be assigned in the order in which the application was completed using the preferences listed on the application, after current residents who apply by April 5.
