Winter Break

A formalized Fall Closing notice will be sent out to all residential students via their Drexel University e-mail account during Fall Week 8 with personalized information regarding term break closing procedures.

During this low-occupancy period, University Housing (UH) and the Residential Living Office (RLO) strongly encourage those students who stay on campus to be mindful of their surroundings and to stay safe.

The Fall 2012 academic term ends on Saturday, December 15, 2012.

Winter Break Residence Hall operations

The University's residence halls and Greek Houses will remain open during the Winter 2012 Term Break from Saturday, December 15, 2012 through Sunday, January 6, 2013.

Eligibility for Winter Break Housing

All students who have both a Fall 2012 and a Winter 2013 housing assignment are eligible for Winter Break Housing (at no charge).

Registration is required for Term Break Housing and will open on Thursday, November 1, 2012.

Any student who does not have a Winter 2013 housing application must move out of their Fall 2012 assignment by 12 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2012.
