Permit Renewal and New Customer Sales Process for Summer 2014
Spring term permit hangtags will expire on Sunday, June 15, 2014. Current customers may renew their permits beginning Monday, June 2, 2014 through Thursday, June 12, 2014. To renew, payment is required to receive a new permit hangtag by 5:00pm on Thursday, June 12, 2014. The on file Parking Permit Sales Contract must be modified with any information changes. Permit spaces that are not renewed by Thursday, June 12, 2014 will be made available to new customers the following Monday, June 16, 2014.
Note: Employees using the payroll deduction pre-tax benefit method of payment will have deductions carry over automatically. Customers with annual permits dated to expire September 7, 2014 do not need to take any action to renew. Employees wishing to cease parking deduction(s) must complete a Payroll Deduction Form and select the “Cessation Election” box. The Summer term fee of $450 will be distributed over the July, August, and September 2014 pay periods.

New customer permit sales are on-going and are based on availability. Those specifically interested in permit parking beginning in Summer Term 2014 may submit a Parking Permit Sales Contract form and make payment beginning Monday, June 16, 2014.

Departmental Visitor Parking Requests - Now via SharePoint!
Drexel Parking Services is pleased to announce that it has updated the Visitor Parking process for departments using a cost center. The Parking Services Request form is being replaced by an online Parking Services Request SharePoint form and will include a tracking process that provides email acknowledgements and confirmations for requests.
Simply log in to SharePoint Daily Parking request form by clicking here and logging in using your Drexel email (example: email@example.com) and password.
Rather than scanning or faxing completed forms, SharePoint users will be able to enter requests directly into SharePoint. All departments, colleges, schools and groups who have been using the old form submission process will see a faster more efficient process using SharePoint.
If you need help, please contact the Parking Services Office by email or phone. We look forward to making the Visitor Parking process an easy one for you and your department.
