Tickets & Enforcement
Off street parking on campus property is regulated by the Parking Services Department. Parking staff and the uniformed campus patrol are authorized to issue parking violation notices at all locations. THEY MAY ALSO ORDER VIOLATORS IMMOBILIZED OR TOWED FROM CAMPUS.
All lots, regulations and policies are enforced 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
To Pay a Parking Citation
Except where a vehicle or bicycle is immobilized or impounded, payment of fines and/or penalties for parking violations must be paid through the Citation Processing Center and not on campus. To make payment:
- ONLINE, pay by credit card at citationprocessingcenter.com.
- BY MAIL, place parking ticket along with a check or money order payable to DREXEL UNIVERSITY in the pre-addressed envelope.DO NOT MAIL CASH. WRITE TICKET NUMBER on check or money order and place the correct postage on the envelope. Mail to: Drexel University, C/O Citation Processing Center, PO Box 10479, Huntington Beach, CA 92658-0479 Note: Citations must be paid within 15 days to avoid additional penalty
Parking Violation Review
The purpose of the review process is to correct errors, reconcile discrepancies, and provide information for an appeal procedure.
All requests for a parking violation review must be made within 10 days of the issuance date of the first citation notice and must be directed to the Parking Office or online at citationprocessingcenter.com.
To have a citation reviewed provide the ticket number, your e-mail address and phone number, your full name and address, and provide a written summary of your position for the review. The reason provided will be investigated and a decision will be made to uphold the review cancelling the fine, to mitigate the fine or allow the citation to stand as is. If a review is not received on time the citation will move to the collection process with no further possibility of appeal.

To begin an appeal one must first initiate a Parking Violation Review (see above). To appeal the review decision appellants must submit a written appeal within 10 days of the date of the review decision to the Parking Office or online at citationprocessingcenter.com. The appeal letter must explain why the violation in question should be rescinded or mitigated.
If an appeal is not received on time the citation will move to the collection process with no further possibility of appeal. All appellants will receive a written answer within 30 days. Appeals may also be sent by:

Notice and Collection Process
A first citation notice is mailed to the registered vehicle owner after 21 days if payment of the fine is not received. A review of the citation must be initiated within 10 days of the date of this notice to be eligible for appeal.
All tickets not paid after 30 days of the date of issuance of the first citation notice will receive a penalty and a collection notice. Collection notices are not eligible for appeal.
