Activating a DragonCard account
DragonCard Accounts are activated in any of the three DragonCard Offices by submitting the signed Stored Value Escow Agreement [PDF]. This account is a service of Drexel University and does not charge any fees to the participants. There is no minimum balance requirement and no restrictions on adding funds. In order to open a DragonCard Account, the participant must be an active student or employee. You can find the DragonDollars Account Agreement form here: Dragon Dollars Account Agreement Form [PDF].
Parents and Guardians can jointly fund a DragonCard Account by also signing the Stored Value Escow Agreement [PDF]. Parents and Guardians listed on the account can obtain access to account balance and transaction history information. Those wishing to add funds to an account without jointly funding the account can still do so by making a "Guest Deposit".
