Immunizations

Announcements

April 12, 2023: Effective immediately, Drexel no longer requires COVID-19 vaccination for students or employees. Drexel strongly recommends that students and employees stay up to date on COVID vaccination, including any booster recommendations. Students can obtain the vaccine series and any boosters through Student Health.

Note that all health care students and employees can be required to be up to date with COVID vaccination by their school or college. Students working on co-ops within health care environments may also be required to be up to date with COVID vaccinations.

Entering students must ensure compliance with general immunization requirements and complete an immunization record following the instructions below. Do not upload incomplete forms as they are immediately discarded and will not be processed.

There is a $35 University processing fee which must be paid by all students regardless of where the student receives vaccinations. This fee will be placed on the University bill.

Drexel University currently does not require the Meningococcal B vaccine as the American College Health Association, our guiding body, has not yet endorsed this vaccine as required for University students. 2. The Patient Portal will then open in a new window.
  3. Select the green "LOG IN" button at the top right. (Note: This login will be the same login credentials that you use to sign into your ebenefits)
  4. Once you're in the portal, select "Health Record - review, download your personal health data."

  6. To download your immunization record, select "Immunizations." Then click on the Blue Button on the bottom that says "Download My Data."
  7. You will then be taken to a window and will be asked for the date range of the date you started bootcamp to your EAS date. (Note: A large majority of your immunizations would have been done in bootcamp)
  8. After you insert your date range, press "Download PDF."
  9. You can then save this document in a PDF format.
