Work Study Position Available Now

The Departments of History and Politics are seeking a work study department assistant for 10 – 20 hours per week. The position involves physical and electronic filing, information collection and organization, light editing, promotion assistance, set-up and breakdown of lectures and panel discussions, deliveries (not heavy), and other duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Department Administrator.
Responsible, prompt, organized and detail-oriented students with skills in Excel and Word are invited to apply. Graphic design skills, image research and editing skills are a plus, but not necessary. Compensation is $10/hour for undergraduates and $15/hour for graduate students.

Please note that work-study students will be paid through the Federal Work Study Program (FWS). In order to qualify for the FWS, students must apply for federal assistance through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FWS program is administered through Drexel’s Work Study Office.
