Julie Kinzel, MEd, PA-C has been a member of the faculty at the Drexel College of Nursing and Health Professions, Physician Assistant program since July 2006. She is currently course director for the Patient Communication course and Principles of Medical Science I and II. She coordinates the student long term care resident experiences, and is a seminar leader for Patient Communication and Clinical Reasoning Seminars, Clinical Assessment and Clinical Skills labs.
She is the assistant curriculum coordinator. She lectures in several PA program courses and the senior board review course. Previous clinical experience as a full time Physician Assistant has included gerontology and gastrointestinal and liver diseases.

Academic Distinctions:Ms. Kinzel was awarded Drexel University Faculty Advisor of the Year.
Professional Society:Ms. Kinzel maintains professional affiliations as Distinguished Fellow of the American Association of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants where she serves as a lecturer for the annual conference and co-chairperson of the Health Disparities committee
