Patricia Rubertone, PT, MSW, EdD is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Director of Experiential Learning in the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences.  Dr. Rubertone joined the faculty in 1997 and teaches in the professional DPT and DHSc degree programs.  She also directs the Standardized Patient Lab experiences in the DPT Program.  Her clinical interest and experience is in adult neurological rehabilitation.

Professional Society

Dr. Rubertone is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Society for Simulation in Healthcare, and Mixed Methods International Research Association.

Research Interests

Research interests include teaching-learning processes (especially related to simulation) and assessment of student clinical performance utilizing a qualitative research approach.  Dr. Rubertone is a manuscript reviewer for the Journal of Physical Therapy Education.
