In celebration of Women's History Month, explore the parallels between second-wave feminism and the Supreme Court cases of that time with:

  • Cary Franklin, constitutional law expert
  • Alice Kessler-Harris, leading women's history scholar
  • Serena Mayeri, American legal history professor 

The discussion will be moderated by Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO, National Constitution Center.
