Answering the Tough Interview Questions

With increased competition for co-ops, internships and full-time jobs, it is more important than ever to have sharp interview skills. Many employers are turning to behavior-based interview questions to try to predict future performance based on past experience.

To help prepare students for this style of interview question, the Steinbright Career Development Center will host Answering the Tough Interview Questions. This workshop will teach the STAR (situational, task, action, result) method of answering behavior-based questions. General interviewing tips will also be discussed.
