Gina Waters Gina Waters has worked at Drexel since 2002. Prior to her position in the Close School, she served a diverse population of students, staff, and faculty as the Department Administrator in the History & Politics Department. In that role, Gina provided academic advising, registration, and program-planning assistance to both undergraduate and graduate students. She also developed the annual schedule of courses for all history and political science courses offered university-wide, and designed schedules for all incoming history and political science freshmen. In addition to her work in academic programming, Gina managed the department’s budgets, supervised departmental staff and work-study students, and supported thirty faculty members with various administrative issues. Before coming to Drexel, Gina was the Manger of the Oral History Program at the Chemical Heritage Foundation (CHF), a non-profit historical society located in Old City, Philadelphia. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in history from West Chester University (1997). A native of South Philadelphia, Gina now lives in Claymont, Delaware with her husband Todd.
