Event Request Form

Guidelines

  • This form may be submitted by any Drexel University faculty member, professional staff member, student and/or alumni for events you wish to have hosted by or at the College of Computing & Informatics (CCI).
  • Requests from individuals/organizations from outside of the Drexel community will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The event requestor will be contacted about availability of space and procedures for booking.
  • Space may be available at 3675 Market Street on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors. If you are a Drexel University student group and are looking for space outside of CCI, please contact reservations@drexel.edu for assistance.
  • To receive adequate logistical and marketing support for your event, this form must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event date.
  • If you are submitting an event on behalf of an official Drexel student organization, you will need to submit your request to the Student Activity Fee Allocation Committee (SAFAC).
  • If minors will be attending the event, please review Drexel's Policy on Minors.
  • Once you’ve submitted your event request, you will receive an email from CCI's Assistant Director of Operations, Events & Logistics to discuss your needs. Please note: space will not be allocated until after all courses are assigned a classroom for a given term.
