Advisor Walk-in Hours

You may stop by to see your advisor without an appointment Monday through Friday during the walk-in hours of 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Advisor Appointments

If, after e-mailing your advisor, you need to meet in person, but no walk-in hours fit into your schedule, you may make an appointment by calling the CCI receptionist at 215.895.2474. Or you may stop by 306 Rush Building and speak to the receptionist directly. You must be on time due to tightly booked appointments. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.

Student/Advisor Responsibilities

As a student at CCI, the faculty and professional staff are committed to providing you with services and support needed for your academic career. However, please keep in mind that, as a student, it is your responsibility to maturely manage your studies and to closely adhere to the expectations outlined in the advising syllabus in the coming years.

Advising Help (During Registration)

To better serve you, during the first week of registration, it is best to contact your Advisor via email using your Drexel email account. Be sure to include your name and your University ID in your email message. There is generally a high volume of requests during registration and your email will be answered in the order it was received.

During non-registration times, your Advisor will respond to your email and phone messages within two business days.
