Rachael Switalski is the Director of Operations of CASTLE.

Rachael Switalski has over 20 years’ experience in higher education administration; she has been a registrar, launched a student success center, and been an academic advisor. Most recently, she was the Director of Student Services for the College of Engineering at Drexel University. Rachael earned her B.A. in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University and her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Temple University. As Director of Operations, Rachael will support and implement CASTLE’s programmatic objectives, oversee creation of new program elements, and represent CASTLE within the University community as well as externally.
