Collection / Donation Box Request

Please fill out the form below to request a collection or donation box to be in any of the Residence Hall lobbies.

Please note the following policies for all requests.

  • Collection may take place for a maximum of one 2-week period per term. 
  • A charge may be assessed and penalties may be imposed for not picking up your box by the date indicated.
  • Usage of the Residence Hall lobby space is a privilege; therefore groups are responsible for all items.
  • Failure to comply with the above and any other reservation or Student Handbook policy may result in the loss of a group's ability to reserve any space in the Residence Halls.
  • All requests should be submitted at least one week prior to requested start date
  • Requests will be answered via email.
