Drexel Campus Dining announced a new station for winter term 2022: True Balance, at Urban Eatery designed to serve students with food allergies to one or more of the top eight food allergens. All True Balance menu items are expertly selected and prepared without milk, wheat/gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, eggs, soybeans, and shellfish. The rotating, seasonally inspired menu serves a wide variety of options such as Mediterranean Pot Roast, Chicken Tinga Tacos, Ancho Beef Chili, Chicken Penne Casserole and many more. In addition to daily entrees, grilled chicken, white rice, and steamed vegetables are always available.

Although True Balance was designed to serve those who have a food allergy to one or more of the top 8 food allergens, all visitors are welcome to dine and enjoy. The True Balance station at Urban Eatery is open Sun. – Thurs. 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Fri. – Sat. 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. for lunch and dinner.
