Conference Room Reservations

Before reserving a conference room, please take time to view the associated reservation calendar below. Once your reservation has been received, the Department of Biology Main Office will confirm the dates and times requested and will send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days.

NOTE: If you want to reserve a classroom in the Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building please contact the Office of the University Registrar at exammail@drexel.edu

Disque 109

Hassman Family Conference Room, PISB 103

Room Description:

Occupancy: 20-30 people
Equipment: projector and video conferencing
Tech Support: for technical support please contact Zdravko Tyankov
Access: Only available for reservation during business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) for Non-Biology Personnel

The Biology Department continues to have too many outside events that prevents us from the use of our own conference room. Our department head, Dr. Twiss, has asked that we restrict reservations to Biology faculty & staff until we have our departmental events scheduled for the next academic year.
