This March and April, we will have five on-campus events for our accepted freshmen and transfer students in their final weeks of deciding where to enroll this fall. E-mail us at alumniambassador@drexel.edu to sign-up to help us show why Drexel is a great option for these talented students! The specific dates are:
Saturday, April 13 and Sunday, April 21: Students from the College of Engineering, College of Arts and Sciences, College of Information Science and Technology, and College of Nursing and Health Professions.
Sunday, April 14 and Saturday, April 20: Students from the Westphal College of Media Arts and Design, School of Biomedical Engineering, LeBow College of Business, School of Education, and Goodwin College of Professional Studies
To better support our growing program, Drexel staff members Matt Hagerty and Lucas Quagliata will be joining Chris Bertone in the daily management of the program. All three staff members will be monitoring the alumniambassador@drexel.edu e-mail account and will be involved in planning, staffing, and supporting ambassador efforts!
This May, Drexel will be offering our weekend Open Houses for prospective freshmen and transfer students on May 18 and 19. The breakdown of programs represented on each day is listed below:
- Saturday, May 18: Computing Studies, Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing, and Sciences degree programs represented
- Sunday, May 19: Business, Art and Design, Education, Hospitality, Humanities, and Social Sciences degree programs represented
We are looking for and will be reaching out to you regarding alumni representation at these events. For more information about participating on either day, please e-mail alumniambassador@drexel.edu.
As part of Alumni Weekend, we will again be offering campus tours for Alumni Ambassadors. This is a great way to learn about recent developments around campus from one of our student tour guides. Tours will be departing from the Admissions Visit Center on the second floor of the Main Building at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4. Following each college fair, please complete a College Fair Evaluation Form so that we can evaluate the event for next year. Please also return the completed inquiry cards and banner in the pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope that was provided.
