RightNow CRM

RightNow Client-Relationship Management (CRM) training is for undergraduate academic advisors who submit academic changes on behalf of their students. Changes that are evaluated in RightNow for approval and processing include Change of Curriculum and Status (CCS), Leave of Absence (LOA) and University Withdrawal requests.

RightNow Admin Console trainings are scheduled upon request. To schedule training, please contact us at ais_student@drexel.edu. Please be sure to include your full name, department and Drexel user id.

The RightNow Agent Browser training is now offered online for advisors. Drexel Central and other users may need to continue to use the Admin Console version of the application, which requires a live training. Please contact ais_accounts@drexel.edu for clarification if you believe you may fall into this category.

2. Request your RightNow Agent Browser Account

This request form will ask you for some basic information required to create your account. This also includes a brief quiz as a review of the material demonstrated in the video tutorial.

Your account will not be created until you complete this form and submit the results.

3. Access RightNow Agent Browser

Once your account has been created, you can access the RightNow Agent Browser. To log-in, simply enter your DrexelOne username and password.
