Profile:

Dr. Charles Samuels works on engineering research and development, testing and evaluation (RDT&E) as a senior systems engineer and project manager on numerous projects for industry and government. His technical expertise is in the area of analyzing and simulating complex systems in their operational environment.

Dr. Samuels has authored more than 50 major technical reports and papers, and has given numerous talks at many large conferences and numerous formal and informal presentations and briefings to the highest levels of industry, government, and military.

He is currently doing independent research in laser interferometry for medical applications, and researching and authoring a book on a novel theory pertaining to the formation of galaxies, stars, planets and planetary evolution, and processes entitled “The History of the Earth from Before the Big Bang.”
