Freedman and Company, Inc., a company that operates in four business segments: 1) manages merger and acquisition transactions for buyers and sellers of middle market companies, 2) presents one-woman all-day seminars to accountants throughout the United States for continuing professional education credits, 3) provides credits for continuing legal education presentations to attorneys on-site at law firms, corporations, and bar associations, and 4) provides contract legal services to corporations and law firms. |
