Rich Burton, MBA, is an HR Generalist/Recruiter for the Christiana Care Health System in Newark, DE. It is one of the largest health-care providers in the mid-Atlantic region, serving all of Delaware and portions of seven counties bordering the state in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. Rich works with business managers, executives, and HR professionals in a variety of capacities to locate, screen, and recruit staff members for hard-to-fill positions.

For the past 10 years, Rich has worked as a recruiting consultant in the IT, insurance, and health-care industries. His focus was recruiting for technology, insurance, and health-care organizations along with placement agencies and staffing consulting firms based primarily in the PA, DE, and NJ areas. He has experience consulting managers in tough hiring situations and has worked with managers to ensure they comply with company policies when staffing their units. Rich also has experience dealing with applicant tracking system implementation and rollouts.
