The Office of University Relations coordinates marketing and communications at Drexel, working with stakeholders across the University. The Office ensures that all Drexel communications serve the University's mission and goals and adhere to Drexel policy and standards.
News Media Relations
The Drexel News Bureau helps build Drexel's positive image by highlighting University achievements, communicating important messages and connecting journalists to Drexel experts. The Bureau is the point of contact for print, broadcast and online media outlets reporting on the University.
Publications
The publications staff provides strategic, editorial and design support to University stakeholders who want to create effective print communications. The Office's publications include Drexelink, the newsletter of record at the University, and Drexel Daily Digest, an e-mail newsletter featuring news and events.
Advertising and Marketing
University Relations ensures that marketing of Drexel programs and services produces outstanding results and advances the University's national brand. The Dragon Agency is the Office's in-house advertising agency, providing strategic and creative services and leveraging Drexel's combined ad buying power.
Web Communications
The Drexel Web site is a vital communication channel, and University Relations oversees the core site as well as providing support and establishing guidelines for the wide array of academic and administrative sites comprising Drexel's Web presence.
The Anthony J. Drexel Picture Gallery
University Relations manages this historic gallery featuring special exhibitions as well as works from The Drexel CollectionSM, established in 1892 by University founder Anthony J. Drexel. The Gallery hosts a lecture series and is the site of information sessions for prospective students. More
