Martin Onzik has over 20 years of experience in asset management, including both the management of commercial properties as well as residential properties.

Onzik’s duties include directing the daily operation of both professional and skilled trade employees in the activities pertaining to: Facilities Management, Residential Leasing, Construction Management, Asset Development, and Acquisitions and Dispositions.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilkes University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University. Onzik is accredited by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
