The Office of the General Counsel (OGC)

provides legal services to Drexel University and Drexel University College of Medicine on all three campuses ­­­— University City Main Campus, Center City Hahnemann Campus, and Queen Lane Campus.

The purpose of this website is to:

• inform the Drexel community about legal and risk management services available to them,
• describe the OGC’s functions and operations, and
• introduce the legal team.

Our team of attorneys, risk managers and support staff work closely together to provide and ensure responsive, timely and accurate legal advice and counsel to our Board of Trustees, the President, senior management, and university administrators, faculty and staff who are acting on behalf of the University in achieving the University’s goals and initiatives.
