Undergraduate Academics

Drexel challenges students to apply the knowledge and skill they gain in the classroom to practical situations. Classes are taught by accomplished faculty, most of whom are working professionals in their fields, bringing a depth of knowledge that can only come from experience. Students also have access to a range of extracurricular research and academic opportunities.

Academic Programs – Drexel offers over 80 undergraduate majors and more than a dozen accelerated degree programs across its colleges and schools.

Drexel Co-op – Cooperative education allows students to apply what they've learned in the classroom to the real world, providing up to 18 months of paid experience.

Pennoni Honors College – In addition to being the home of the Honors Program and the interdisciplinary Custom-Designed major, the Pennoni Honors College includes programs that serve the entire community, such as the Fellowships Office, the Great Works Symposium, and the Office of Undergraduate Research.

Academic Calendar – Most departments at Drexel operate on a system of four 10-week quarters, creating a fast-paced and rigorous academic environment while allowing a balance of classroom and co-op experience.

Course Catalog – The undergraduate catalog provides detailed information on departments, majors, plans of study, and University policies.

Undergraduate Admissions – This site offers instructions on the application and enrollment processes, as well as information on topics of interest to prospective undergraduate students.

Tuition and Financial Aid – Drexel Central works to inform and guide students through the financial aid process.
